Return Policy – Iconic Achievements Apparel

At Iconic Achievements Apparel, every item is custom-made just for you through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because each piece is produced only after an order is placed, we follow Printify’s policies regarding refunds, returns, and replacements.

Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are printed individually once your order is confirmed. That means we don’t keep stock on hand — each item is created specifically for your order.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You ordered the wrong size or color
  • You changed your mind after ordering

Please double-check your order details, color selections, and sizing before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we’ll make it right.

In such cases, we offer a free reprint or a refund — no need to return the defective item.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@iconicachievementsapparel.com.

Please include the following details in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Once we review your request and confirm the issue with Printify, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
