At Iconic Achievements Apparel, every product is custom-made to order to reflect your unique style and preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our items and our partnership with Printify for order fulfillment, our return policy is outlined as follows:

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide a solution.

Remedies:

  • A free reprint or refund will be offered for any damaged or defective item.
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

How to File a Claim:

  1. Email us at info@iconicachievementsapparel.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number].”
  2. Attach clear photos of the product showing the damage or defect.
  3. Provide your order details, including the order number and item description.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the reprint or refund process promptly.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are credited to your Iconic Achievements Apparel account balance or can be withdrawn back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for orders made in currencies other than USD will be processed directly to the original payment source.

Non-Defective Products

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size or color selection.
  • Buyer’s remorse.

We strongly recommend reviewing the product details, descriptions, and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Unsuccessful Delivery

In cases where a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues:

  • You may request a reprint of the product, which will incur an additional charge.
  • Alternatively, you may request a partial refund.

To avoid delivery issues, please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Print Placement Tolerance

For products such as apparel, minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) may occur and are considered within standard tolerance. These will not be classified as defects.
